Ian was a great boss to work for, he always had a smile on his face and for a short period of time red hair! I suppose the team should have told him that comic relief was in a weeks time, but that didn’t seem in the spirit of Ian or comic relief. I always thought that Ian took this rather well and at least he raised some money for a good cause. Ian was a great mentor to myself and gave me much support and encouragement and for this I will always be grateful. Tim.
